Yes but you have to lose to get in it, in Celtic and Rangers case.

Celtic have little chance of winning it. Rangers have next to no chance and Hearts wouldn't win it if there were only two teams in the competition.

Domestic champions or last eight of the UEFA Cup. It's a no brainer. I'm not a bank manager, I am a fan and silverware is what matters.
