It depends if he wants money (Redskins) or a decent team who have a good o-line who can compete.
Personally I'd stay clear of him. He'll cost a lot and only play a year or two. That's before you consider that he will probably never be the old Peyton again.
Seen an interview with polina last might and he said that peyton was throwing back in december, sais he made throws sideline to sideline, across his body and if confident he will get hos strength back for downfield passes. Chris Weinke had the same surgery and he came back with a better arm. It happens quite alot with pitchers in baseball who come back stronger. None of us know how long and how capable he will be.
