Falcons take a punt on both Lofa Tatupu and Vince Manuwei, neither of whom played a single down in 2011.

Could turn out to be useful backups if their injury issues are behind them.

Thomas DeCoud, Brent Grimes and Jason Snelling all re-signed too, which is good news.

Rams release Jason Brown, Fred Robbins and Justin Bannan. Guess we'll be going after a DT in free agency or in the top 2 rounds of the draft. Releasing Brown probably frees up a decent chunk of cap room as I think he was on a fairly big contract.

Free agency to begin. Moss to 49ers, putting him with an average QB is trouble. I can't see Peyton in Tennessee, playing the |Colts twice a year?

That's how the Fins get under the cap. They have traded Brandon Marshall to the Chicago Bears for two 3rd rounders. Also very highly tipped to get Mario Williams.

Bills are favourite to get Mario Williams from what I've seen. That Marshall deal is an awesome one for the Bears.

Garcon and Finnegan in talks with the Rams. Finnegan visiting tomorrow. We better not let him leave without signing a deal.

Correct about Williams. Pierre Garcon has announced on twitter that he has signed for the Redskins.

Finally the Bears have got a top class wr for Cutler to throw to.If they can repeat some of what they did at the Broncos it'll be a steal for Chicago.
