Good job Dave Brailsford gave Sky the rocket two days ago or there is every chance that Sky could have been where Garmin have found themselves today.

In my view Cav needs to be left to his own devices for the next few days......or he works for Wiggins as best he can.

I think you'll find cav will help wiggo in the hills. Don't forget he needs the practice for those 9 sets round box hill. I think you'll find him doing a good tempo on the front for a while everyday. Just like he did at the tour of Switzerland ( I think it was that )

Seen the state of David Millar after that shunt yesterday? And he said he wasn't at the hub of it. 70kph when they all went down. Horrible.

That last climb today looks a bit of a brute. Should be fun

He had nothing on Vansummeren. His whole kit was ripped to shreds. The irony is that Garmin were probably moving up to the front to protect Hesjedal for the finish, that's why they were pretty much all in the crash.

Impressive show of strength by Sky today. One by one, they dropped away. Only Evans could stick with them, but Wiggo looked more comfortable in the last 200m than the reigning champ. Good effort by Froome, race blown apart.
