I was nearer to the ball on Row R. He also mouths the words 'f*ck off' as he holds his fingers in the refs face. Blatant. Once again though the big clubs get away with it though. Wonder if he and Torres have found their dummies yet.

If you were nearer the ball, it must have smacked you in the face. I beg you to rewatch him get the ball, listen to the commentators say that he is unlucky as he "won the ball" and then come back. I'd debate the next part as well as your eyesight must clearly be failing.

BTW, in the ref's face?! About a metre away if you look at the picture.

Like I said earlier on, if he had just accepted the decision I'd be more worried. Nothing wrong with giving the ref some if he gets it wrong. If he gets done for it, so be it. Showing some passion for your team is fine by me.

I've seen it a good three or four times (as well as the goal ). On the ground I did think he won the ball. When i've seen it again he didn't. Ok he didn't shove his fingers in the refs face but the gesture was certainly towards the official.

According to F365 he's getting away with it.

I haven't seen the incident, but for me if he did stick v's at a ref when he's already been booked it is an absolute joke that he's got off with it. Contrast the way this has been ignored with the way that Ashley Cole was vilified when he had a go at Riley.

I guess though that now that the England captain and vice-captain wear red shirts the positions come with Shearer-type leniency.

By this i mean instead of giving one club 30 days to pay it off, one club 50 days to pay it off they should make a consistant decision instead of just picking random numbers out of anywhere

I agree. I also think that there should only be one shoe size available, and one size of clothes for everyone. Just think of all the waste that having different sizes of everything. In this resource-conscious time, we really should be looking to one-size-fits-all clothing.

Farsley look like they are going to be following them out of business. Going to play havoc with promotion/relegation with the BSP and especially BSN. My understanding is that only one team is probably going to end up getting relegated from the BSN as Chester would have dropped into the division and Farsley will be out effectively reducing the division to 20 teams going into next season.
