voeckler will surely be targeting this stage but he'll have to breakaway to do it as the sprinters will want their say as its the first true sprint stage for a while. team europcar possibly engineering a break, as they dont have to help rolland tomorrow as there are no mountains

Chavanel has said he's going to attack tomorrow. Saying that though I'm pretty sure the sprinters will want the breakaway hauled in with about 15 to go.

I think it'll be a griepel v cav special tomorrow.

No. I'm sure there'll be some banzai breakaways from the likes of FDJ, but it's set up for a bunch sprint

typical low down froggie trick.....

it was aimed at the peloton with Wiggins etc so in betwen the leading group and the peloton the deed was done so someone must have seen something ?

the tacks even got a motorbike which is potentially fatal near those slopes !

Not watched much cycling before, Olympics aside, so dont really understand the sport's etiquette. How much of a gesture was it by Wiggins to slow down the peloton? Out of the ordinary, or just to be expected? Would it compare with say Di Canio catching the ball at Everton or merely a footballer kicking the ball in to touch when a player is injured?
