Cheltenham was a mixed bag, some winners, some losers. Recovered losses with Russian Trigger (Welsh National) and Huddersfield (RL) on Saturday.

Nice pot built up so far to play with this weekend, Halifax -4 on Thursday, Saints off levels and Wigan -12 last night.

A couple of listed races at Newbury and a Group 3 (Winter Derby) and two listed races at Lingfield to focus on today.

Not good on racing but if you bet with a bookie who prices up the Southern League leaders Farnborough to beat second place Corby is a great bet at a general 6/5.

Shouldn't be any complaints about the firms betting on the RL - Championship prices up from the main firms and 365 even priced up the Toyota Cup

Mastercraftsman is know fav at 5/1 for the 2000 Guineas with Ladbrokes, Lump on before the price get's shorter.

True - rumours he's not working as well as he should be. Will ask around and see what I can find out.

O'Brien working a batch after racing at The Curragh tommorow too.
