True, however, he can explain why twice this season I have been debited in the ballot, but not recieved tickets.

Luckily for Liverpool I got sorted off a friend. This weekend I haven't been so lucky.

Ring and threaten him with the press. You'll get paid money back for the phone call and tickets / given the tickets. It worked a treat for me a few years ago when they didn't send me my shirt, it came the next day via recorded delivery.
