And that was indeed one of the ones i was talking about, however, atleast under the rules of football and retalation, i can kinda see why he was sent. Still doesn't excuse the tart rolling round on the ground

The thing is, there was no need for him to do it. Thomas would have been sent off regardless.

Well that's football player for you. Something about clearly being fouled is never enough for them, it has to come with the 30seconds of rolling around and getting the physio on the pitch for some reason

You've a lot more confidence in refs than I have.

If Wilshire had just treated that like nothing had happened there's every chance the ref would bottle it and pretend he hadn't seen anything. With him rolling down like he's been smacked, the ref is pushed to make the right decision.
