I'm getting a wee bit tired of these extra innings defeats. Especially when we had several chances to take the game - again!

That said, young Rzepczynski made a more than solid debut in the bigs (yes, another Rookie starter for TO, this one was only drafted 2 years ago!). He only had one bad inning, which resulted in him walking in a run. Unfortunately for him Tampa were also pitching very well and we just couldn't get the hits with runners on. Rolen keeps on rolling (sorry!) though. 24 game hit streak now.

Rumours abound about a Halliday trade, all coming off the back of pure speculation but unfortunately it seems to be all anyone can talk about. Ken Rosenthal has a lot to answer for, journalist my booty. Anyone could make that story up!

just see nthe interview with Halliday and he seems to know that the GM is trying to shop him. Nice to see Burrell actually do something lol

That's the thing though. Retardi has said he's not actively looking to shop him but would be crackers to turn down a really great deal if it came along.

Doc is being Doc and saying what he's always said. He loves Toronto, he wants to win. Rightnow when you read between the lines that means he'll be away when his contract is up (if we don't deal him) because Retardi is incapable of putting together an offense that can challenge for a playoff spot. Basically, nothing's changed but all of a sudden it's massive news.

He hasnt done much al lyeaer if i remeber correctly hes last home run this year was against you too lol i thought he would be a good pick up but hasnt been the case upto now looks llike he will kick start it. Nice too see Manny have a mediocre comeback game with 3 RBIS and a ejection lol looks like the umpires have got it in for him this year with the 2 strikeouts they both should have been walks lol
