As far as I recall it was the heinous crime of "talking bollox whilst trying to trap off".
I for one would not want to be held to account for all the tripe I spouted in the past whilst trying to gain access to an attractive young lady's knickers.
(Just for the record I am not really a dolphin trainer, nor 747 flight engineer, nor even a sound technician for Triple M FM. I have never been shot at and I have never raced a car or motorbike around Silverstone or Brands Hatch.)
