Kia Joorabchian was on the radio earlier tonight talking about Tevez and his situation.
He said the only club that would have to pay a specific amount was Man U as they agreed this amount in a clause to sign him on a permanent deal when the loan deal was arranged. If Man U don't want him at that price, then any club are free to negotiate their own deal to sign Tevez.
There again, I suppose Man U are as well.
He never mentioned the amount of this clause, bit he did confirm that it was only with Man U.
