A couple of let downs from the Mark Prescott stable in the last few pages on here, a chance to claw some back tomorrow with a classic Prescott animal in the 5.15 at Yarmouth in the shape of Arty Crafty.

The market should tell you everything you need to know in the morning, any amount of support and I'm in like a rat up a drainpipe.

Has all the makings of a Prescott improver that could rattle up a four or five timer in low class handicaps in no time..

Think now is the time to back Huddersfield for the Cup semi final either at 7/2....was 4/1 on Friday or at a very tempting +12 with SkyBet

I can see it being +8 or +10 on the day if they keep up their current form.

12/1 outright is far too big also as surely if they made the final it would be 10/11 the pair at worst and more likely Huddersfield would be favs.

Even 7/2 to win the semi and Evens the final is only an 8/1 shot and you also have draws on your side in the unlikely prospect of either tie going to extra time. SportingBet at 7/1 are much nearer the true mark I'd say.

I won't betting but that all looks good value. An injury to any more of our big guns and I'd have Huddersfield favourites. KC has got off though so he wont be suspended.

Don't blame you but if Huddersfield do win at 7/2 v you then it makes them 13/8 to win the final for a 12/1 double and there is no way they would go off 13/8 v Wire or Wigan.

Might not come off but if it does it is mega good value.

Tonights speedway looks an all the way Lakeside win but Poole could keep it close and +12 with Blue Square seems a tad too high.

They are using rider replacement which means if anyone gets injured they are in the mire but with all riders getting an extra ride it may not be a bad thing as long as everyone stays on their bikes.

Jeff Sluman British Seniors Open.

Played really well yesterday in the US Tour event and it was a perfect warm up for this event.

40/1 is very generous odds for a player who can still cut it on the main tour.
