Some hate him, some (mugs, admittedly) think he's an awful coach, but his record speaks for itself; he's a fine tactician and one of the most demanding coaches in the world.

Totally agree with that Rob, would make a fine international coach. It doesn't matter, no, but I was intrigued to see who, realistically would fancy and be a good appointment for it, Harry hands down for me.

Agree, he's the best in the buisness along with Fergie, but realistically I can't see him taking it, myself.

Please God, no.....

I'd go with Stuart Pearce before Redknapp.....Might not be a proven manager, but he's been around the set-up, would be respected (I mean, who'd have the balls to argue with him?) and the press, similarly, wouldn't have the balls to make a fool of him too soon.

International management is completely different to club management.....Look how the likes of Maradona & Klinnsman have walked into it without any qualifications....At that level, its more about a figurehead, leader type and Pearce would certainly be that.

After that, I'd probably get Wilkins on the shortlist too, or at least involved in the set up.
