Not seen as much of the Vuelta as I'd like this year, but how brutal was the end of yesterday's stage by the way!?

Wasn't it just, Froome was out on his booty the last two stages, not that surprising given the efforts he has put in over the year which i think are taking its toll on him. 23-24% gradients are killer never mind after a long day in the saddle, I've done a few cols in the alps when touring but nothing anywhere near as savage as that..Hardknott pass is a b'std though

Bit off topic, but chapeau to Alex Zanardi for his Paralympic gold in the hand-cycling. A living example of life being what you make it and a perfect role model for anyone, amputee or otherwise.

Only one winner now surely? Can't see J-Rod or Valverde coming back now.
It was free to attend the paralympic races at Brands Hatch, shame there was not much in the way of advertising for it otherwise I might well have gone if I'd known
I've got these bad boys winging their way to my door, 38mm Gigantex Carbon/FRM Carbon hubs, that'll shave a few seconds off my 10 & 25..flmao
