Surprised Clark cant get in to the aussie team. A 2 hour session bowling at the aussies should give us a chance to do some damage but a wet ball could be a problem.

Thought it might have been good to have a couple of hours at them, but obviously not.

Some disappointing bowling, hopefully they'll sort themselves out overnight, else I'm joining the "rain for the rest of summer" brigade.

Our bowling was generally too short and wide. Strange that Swann was taken off immediately after making the breakthrough. Why do we not have a fielder on the third man boundary? If it was the last day and we'd set a challenging target, fair enough - but at the start of the match when the opposition have got (or are threatening to get) a flyer?
