Just seen Mancini whinging about the penalty decision on the BBC website. So I found some highlights and had a look at the incident.Mancini's ****ing joking. Vieri's ran nearly 10m to close down the Brum player, he's ended up clattering into him as the Brum player played the ball past him. It's a blatant penalty that there really should be no debate about.
Refs should be allowed to lay into managers when they moan about decisions and they are clearly wrong.
It's especially bad with the 4th officials. I'm not talking about the Citeh game now, I'm talking about pretty much every game. In every game you get managers or assistants absolutely screaming in the 4th officials face over a clearly correct decision. The 4th officials just have to take it. They should be allowed to argue back and tell managers that if they complain so loud about correct decisions, they lose the right to ever complain about decisions.
