No one can be certain to go down when theres still another 30 games to go.
Hate to say it but i fancy Portsmouth to stay up cause once they get a win i can see them bagging a few together as there confidence must be at an alltime low ATM
We did alright in the 1st half yesterday but it was the same at Sunderland we just fell apart in the 2nd half and it needs sorting out and quick
Its now showing what a huge loss Turner is tho as we are all over the place as the back and it could have been 9 or 10 yesterday TBH.. although it doesnt help when you replace him with a Stoke reject who wouldnt even cut it League 2
Only real positive was 1st half performance and Young Liam Cooper who had a decent game for his debut and showed he is far better than Zayatte and Sonko despite the fact he is only 18, and hopefully can put a decent partnership with Gardner ( when fit )
even though its still early in the season i made my prediction at the start of the season for the 3 teams i thought would go down.
i said Pompy cause they had lost some quality players and hadnt really replaced them.
i said Burnley cause i just think that they will end up going down just.
i also said Hull i said Hull because i said last season that they didnt have enough premier league players and as the off season has gone on i havent seen any premier league strikers come i am sorry but Cousan just isnt enough i havent seen enough of Altidore to make too much of a judgement but certainly may be lacking in premier league knowledge to give what hull need up front.
i cant see too much quality in midfeild either bar Geovanni of course. who ever said Craig Fagan although he plays upfront was a premier league player needed there eyes tested that bloke wouldnt even make it into most championship squads.
the one thing i thought maybe kept hull up last season was there defence and there start to the season Turner really impressed me last season. if Hull are a team that has serious ambitions of staying in the premier league then they have to reject all offers for there best players and letting Turner go could have put the final nail into whet i thought was a pretty much shut coffin before the start of the season.
sorry Hull fans but i can see you finishing bottom this year.
