I agree. United were there for the taking just as they were against Liverpool. Liverpool put the foot on the windpipe and finished them off. Villa didn't.
However the added time point is interesting because, as I say they were wasting time left right and centre. The fact they contributed to their own downfall, even a little bit, is brilliant.
Another huge game on Saturday against a team desperate for points. United will have to perform much better to win at Sunderland I expect. Before that, they need to make some real progress against Porto. God I love this part of the season...
