Also nice to see Notts County losing more points today :)

I think some of their players and fans are about to find out that just throwing money at it is not going to be enough. They very nearly lost yesterday, and unless these overpaid 'stars' are prepared to fight, as well as just doing the fancy stuff, then they could get a few nasty shocks.

Its a bit pathetic really, all the media attention they are getting. They will go up, probably sooner rather than later but it wont be a great achievement. Any old mug could buy players and put them on 40k a week.

Good result this afternoon, Chesterfield should be no mugs although they have been poor away from home.

I leave the country for at least six months next Saturday, so this was to be the last game I saw for a while, unfortunately I had a leaving do last night - I went up to VP this morning to get my ticket and then headed home for lunch and decided to have a lie down on the sofa - I woke up just as our 2nd goal was coming on the Soccer Saturday ticker, £20 down the drain there

King Ronnie is back :)

Nice 3-0 win against Barnet at home today to keep us 3rd, Adam La Fondre is tearing it up! Scored again today

Colin Todd leaves Darlington after they fail to win again.

I am really, really upset for the bloke that it didn't work out for him, really.

So, potential Yorkshire derby in the semi-finals of the JPT Northern section then.

That would be fun. Mind, I'm betting West Yorkshire Police are hoping they meet in the semis rather than the final where it would be over two legs.

So any match-going City fans out there? Are we as bad/comical as we sound on the radio whenever I manage to listen?

I hope we don't manage to sneak past Carlisle on Tuesday, I dread to think what that lot would do to us over two legs.

You'd do well NOT to come away with the points from VP at the moment to be fair.
