the reason for this.
Max mosley is out of office in november 2009 with a strong possibility he won't be re elected.
BUT.
The reg's that he has put into place mean that none of the regulations can not be changed until atleast 2012.
So what can the new president do too enhance f1 for the future.

Damn, I'll miss him saying at the start of each season that "this can be my year" before being soundly thrashed by Hakkinen/Schumacher/Alonso/etc etc etc
