Australian rugby league star Karmichael Hunt is set to switch codes after agreeing to join Biarritz.

Negotiations by Hunt's manager David Riolo with French rugby union officials early in the week paved the way for the player to take-up a six-month contract with Biarritz Olympique, reputedly worth more than $300,000.

Gatland's just having a whinge about player releases.

If the GP is so weak, why aren't the Celtic League sides dominating the Heineken Cup?

Leeds Carnegie finally pick up their first Guinness Premiership victory of the season with a hard fought 9-15 win at Adams Park giving them their first ever victory over London Wasps in their history and their first Premiership Away victory since November 2005.
