Someone ring Mickey Arthur up and offer him a million quid a year (coming direct from Freddie and KP's IPL lucre) to coach this woeful bunch of idiots.

Because Andy Flower, yes you were a very good player and what you did at the 03 world cup was very noble, but you quite clearly aren't good enough.

I feel sorry for Andy Flower - the Moores saga proved that the power in the dressing room lies with the egos in some of the playing squad, and they know it.

There's only so much you can do if players aren't prepared to listen and you don't get to pick the team - he's a lame duck, as any coach would be under the current structure.

I agree. I'd love to see someone like KP dropped, send a message out that no one player is bigger than the squad and that everyone's got to earn their place. Not likely to bloody happen, though.
