Logically South Africa makes more sense. The weather, dry wickets, the availability of the grounds, the time difference. It should be a relatively easy decision. So England it is.

Once the clocks go forward at the weekend South Africa are only one hour ahead of the UK so time difference will not be a factor. Think its been decided on the weather and going to South Africa,

SKY wont like it, and seeing as though SKY are the only serious broadcaster the ECB has on its books, they would be daft to risk that relationship at the moment.

I think that could be a key factor, as Sky have exclusive rights to live cricket in England, yet Setanta have the contract to cover the IPL. Once again, the situation in South Africa is easier, with the same broadcaster having rights to both domestic and IPL stuff.

In 1935 The Dragon Slayers as they were known defeated Canterbury bulldogs 91-6, which is still the biggest win in the Club's History. In 1907, the St George district had a club in the Sydney rugby union competition. Interestingly, the team's area was referred to as the 'Illawarra suburbs'. A resolution to form a St George rugby league club was made at a local meeting held in early 1908, but the movement faltered and collapsed. St George, wearing the district colours of red and white, played in the NSWRL's Third Grade competition in 1910, and formed a President's Cup team in 1911. References were found at the time to district teams being called 'The Saints'.the perfect 11

would probably make sense on many levels for Setanta to try and do some sort of deal with Sky.
