Such a shame Watson fell apart in the play off. I know the winner traditionally puts last but it would have been better today if Cink could have put Tom out of his misery.

Sports personality of the Year TOM WATSON.

No histrionics,

No swearing at officials,

No blameing someone else

No throwing his clubs away.

No blaming the conditions.

Took his defeat as a true gentleman. He must be hurting deep inside but the smile was always there.

A lesson for a considerable number of "sports people", especially moron ball and Saints/Leeds players could learn a lot as well.

He has always been the same I have followed his career since I first started playing/watching Win lose or draw he has the biggest smile on his face and is one of the nicest people I have ever seen play any sport.
He will be playing in the British senior open this week too i hope this didnt take too much out of him because he could go well :)

I think it was the Tory parties fault.

However, if you're having a go at people then you should really aim those remarks at one Mr T Woods, whose behaivour whilst missing the cut was the polar opposite of Tom Watson.

An "interesting" theory to say the least.

I look forward to your published thesis on the matter
