Likewise. I gave us precisely no chance in this tournament but fair play to England on two excellent wins.

And how good was it to see Sarf Afrikka knocked out. :)

One Rugby World Cup apart, they're not right successful in tournaments in their own back yard are they? Isn't that a World Cup, World T20 and two Champions Trophys down there where they've failed to make the semi finals?

great, but what a competitor smith is, brilliant bat, and mentally tough as teak, doesn't know when his team is beaten.

I can't stand him, I think he's an arrogant sod. All that said, Sunday night, in my living room, gay as this sounds, I clapped him off the field. I thought it was one of the best one day knocks that I've seen to be fair, given the situation around him, and an ever increasing run rate etc, just an amazing effort, leading from the front.

Loving the change in attitude in England, struggling to think of the last Englishmans innings where he cracked 8 sixes, brilliant intent from them all.

Doing this without KP & Flintoff, it all bodes well really. Throw Trott in for good measure, they've got better batting options than folk claim.

I didn't say I liked him, just stated what a player he is.
