i've not been too good recently, so the bikes have been sat gathering dust at home, will have a car sorted in the next few weeks so will be able to get out to some different places at last!

Ask to be put on the reserve list, a few people normally drop out and the reserves step in.

Had a great days riding around rivvy. Never done those routes before. It was great fun flying over the little drop offs from the mast ontop of winter hill.

Good stuff mate, Rivvi is a cracking place. If you enjoy that though, just wait till you get out on some of the club rides!!!

It was certainly a confidence booster. Felt like I was flying down. Hit the step offs with some speed and conviction. Felt I did a great job moving the bike around me.
Got to the bottom had a good chat while we waited for a couple of mechanicals to get down. Then went to set off back up took the mickey out of someone who had another flat and realised my rear was flat as well Doh!
By the time it was done and including the break my kegs had rested far to long and getting back up was a nightmare!. Got to the top completely goosed. Had a quick rest then off we went to dog kennels where I realised I had no rear brake left! So.did the ride back and broken road with just the front working lol.

Was a great day can't wait for the next chance to get out.

We are normally up at Rivi most weekends, various bits can be added to the ride depends on how "Techie" you want it.

One thing though Rivi never fails to put smiles on faces :)
