Maybe our refs aren't so bad?

Would any RL refs have missed the obstruction for Scotlands try (about 2:15)? It was very subtle

The Union refs are brilliant!
They find and blow the whistle for between 60-80 infringements a game.
That's enforcing the rules for you!
Union is a stop start game and it's the brilliance of the refs that give them so many stoppages for line outs (then re-set), scrums (then re-set) endless penalties.
What would Union be without those fantastic assets that their referees are.
To compare, In the Leeds v Wigan game the first infringement was with 22 minutes gone. Hudds v Hull FC match 1st infringement with 23 minutes gone.
Just endless Rugby, pace, skill and tries scored. Both referees were very good.
Perhaps it shows that the refs give their game what the respective game wants.

There'd be a lot of 0-0 draws without them.
