Couldnt make the game today 2nd half sounded great though , back to 2nd in the table.

Our defence was fantastic. Doncaster threw everything at us down the hill in the first half.

Second half Doncaster looked knackered 10 minutes in and we got a couple of killer tries and then ran riot.

Gavin Duffy was outstanding I'm amazed he didn't get man of the match.

Sounded great stealth , wish i could get to more home games, my worst attendance in the 33 years i have been watching the cougars , moved to burley in wharfedale last year and since a serious car crash nearly 3 years ago i still cant drive.....so its a 1 train and 2 bus painful journey to keighley on a sunday .... hopefully get there for last home match then try and plan transport for next season.

There was a buzz around the ground, from the moment you walked in.

Well i should say, from the moment i got into the car park.

The front gate was a hive of activity. The place seemed full of kids.

I was very surprised to see only one half back playing and Coleman as 18th man.
I wonder if this was a disciplinary issue, which i doubt as he was 18th man.
Was it a case of resting him for Thursdays game.
Or was it a great coaching decision. To go with a BIG TEAM and grind Donny into submission.

The first half our defence was top draw. I cant remember a game, when it was as good as it was today.
The odd mistake still crept into the game. Really wish this problem could be sorted out.

I was also surprised to see our chairman. Kicking for the crossbar challenge at half time. Well i thought it was him till i realised the guy doing the kicking had more hair

The second half saw the Donny team start to tire. Once that happened there was no coming back for them.

I also thought Duffy should have got man of the match. The saying, its not the size of the dog in the fight. Its the size of the fight in the dog that counts, springs to mind with him.

When we defend with such steel and determination, it makes last week and other previous away matches even more frustrating. It is a mystery how we can play so badly against lesser teams.
I thought the Dons were very poor today and offered little.
We must control the ball better and stop giving silly penalties away.
We have shown that on our day we are the best team in this division but due to inconsistancy will now struggle to finish in the top 3 (I hope that I am proved wrong)

Not sure that you were poor today because you dint turn up as they rather that you were not given chance and it was a fortunate bounce that led to your try so I think you are not crediting the cougars for totally dominating you.

We didnt turn up, but we had chances in the 1st half. Credit to your lads they dominated the 2nd 40 mins.

I wouldn't say it was a fortunate bounce that led to their try. We switched off.

It is frightening how many times this season we have conceded tries after the ball has gone to ground from a loose pass.
