I understand all the arguments here and I like to see something before I buy it. Surely, it wouldn't be that hard to produce some of the t-shirts with COUGARS and the number 1 of the back as default. People will accept that to personalise may cost extra money/time but a Cougar t-shirt should be on sale at the ground on matchdays. Regarding 666's comment though, I've got a funny feeling there isn't a ready supply of these items and it's produced upon order.

It's a fine balancing act. I like the more expansive range of goods on offer and maybe there is an argument that in order to offer this there may be some outsourcing, but some of these goods should be available on matchdays.

I ordered a mini shirt as a present for my Dad from L&S print and I have to do say I am delighted with the service. I ordered after close of business on Thursday. Despite saying I would collect when ready (rather than pay for delivery) it turned up via first class post this morning, no charge. Considering the price, the quality is acceptable. Sometimes outsourcing can mean a reduction in service, but this is far better than I expected. Get ordering Cougar fans and make the club some money.
