I have to admit I do like the look of Coleman, I think he'll get better with a full pre- season to learn our systems. I think Paul March with his proven coaching skills could be the ideal man to develop him as a half back. Although where would you play him with March and Jones looking the obvious starters in the half backs?
I have to agree with you as regards our lack of out and out pace, we've lacked it since we let Lee Mapals go. Having someone who's capable of going the length gives defences something else to think about. I'll add that I think we need a better pack, bigger, stronger and capable of offloading the ball. I'd say we need more size in the centres, last time in the Championship we got destroyed out there, the young lad in the Keighley Videomail facebook clip looks like he'll be a hell of a player in time. Also players who will back up ball carriers looking for short passes and offloads to break the line.
