2.00 pm Kick-Off : Wed Feb 15, 2012 10:01 pm
Although I understand that the need not to use the floodlights during the early part of the season will save unnecessary expenditure and that the savings will benefit the Club, would it not be possible for the Cougars to reconsider the start-time and possibly reschedule the games for even a 2.30 KO during the early part of the season and then revert to 3.00 during May, advancing the KO in line with sunset times to ensure that adequate light is always available without the need to use the lights?Apart from the saving in electricity/floodlight costs what other reasons are there for the decision behind the 2.00 pm start?
Several other fans that I've spoken with also feel that 2.00 is too early and on Sunday several long-standing supporters were unable to make the game because of it.
What does everyone else feel?
