For what it's worth, I've just completed the RFL's Survey about the state of the game. It's worthwhile completing as there are several free-format sections where you can provide whatever feedback you feel is appropriate.

Thanks 333, but it would appear that you're too late! Typical RFL (dis) organisation - restricting the potential of participants and hence responses when something like this really does need to be advertised. For future reference surveys can be found at: http://www.therfl.co.uk/surveys

These surveys are a crucial part of the 2012 season review with one open to all Rugby League players here and the other open to all, coaches, volunteers, match officials, spectators, parents and administrators - here.
