im just putting my toe in the water here.
we have (keighley arlfc) been offered a sportsmans dinner with
DARREN LOCKYER speaking.
how many of the guys on here would like to attend?
it will be later on this year.
your feedback will be used by no companies bar us!!

Darren Lockyer is probably the greatest player I've ever seen.

That's a great offer for Keighley ARLFC. A sporting legend & good fund raising opportunity as well as for many to attend a memorable local occasion. Guess it would be during the RL World Cup in Oct/Nov.

There just needs to be a whip round to put an ad in the Keighley News a bit nearer the time. If a quality event, should be fairly easy to sell all the places / tables at say the Bankfield. Cougar Park upstairs could I guess be used if numbers are not great or as a last minute fall back. Don't know how much the Bankfield charges but if they can be pressed to provide a top notch 4 course dinner for say £20 a head and KARLFC could charge say £50 a head it Could be worthwhile all round (depending on if Lockyer is looking for a fee over expenses and if so how much).

Am interested but would depend on price. I certainly wouldn't pay £50.
