Although I no-longer live in West Yorkshire, but having supported Keighley and the Cougars for over 50 years, what I fail to understand is why a player, signed as a proven loose forward, is selected to play hooker when we already have other players who play in that position. Will anyone explain the reasoning behind this decision by Paul March for Sunday's game as I am confused? Why is March incapable of controlling his temper?
He was OK (and controlled) when JD was coach and when JD saw the 'red mist' he apologised to everyone (players and fans). But now he (March) is (unfortunately) in control.
How are other players treated when they lack discipline during a game? Are there any sanctions? To be 'binned' once in a game us bad enough but twice is ridiculous, especially when the player is the coach!
Stop playing now March and give us a chance of gaining our place in Superleague 2 or walk away, as you no-doubt will when we are relegated at the end of the season if you continue playing (for part of each game) and continue to simply offer the same old excuses in your post-match interviews time and again.
You've had your chances, now start delivering or resign.
