Good result ground out in terrible conditions. Well done lads.Enjoyed by those of us daft enough to stand at half way line under brollies. Bring on Fax.
Yes it wasnt pretty but the team have obviously worked out how to keep winning! Nice to see them applaud Marchy at the end in his new dugout behind the co-op garage bins. Danny Lawton deserved his mom I thought - very reliable and some good touches. Barrow tried hard and scored good tries. Wouldnt it be great if we beat Fax. Both teams will be up for it.
Brilliant win, The lads were up for it today.. Paddy certainly has my praise,.. When barrow scored there last try, when the ball was kicked on in the barrow half towards our try line all hell let loose to get to the bouncing ball, But who persisted more,...Paddy he nearly caught there winger. but to no avail.. the lad deserved a
I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!
Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.
Richie Barnett's try was a champagne moment, but for me the champagne moment of the season was down to Handforth and Jones jointly .. To get a drop goal in a tight match after the half time hooter had gone before the Cougars took a penalty on their OWN 20 metre line was just brilliant. Handforth and Jones both planned and executed the job to perfection. The best bit of rugby league intelligence and skill seen for years. Genius.

Couldn't have agreed more thought it was a sublime piece of Rugby League, I am guessing who ever chose the Champagne moment may have already been on the way to the bar at half time.
