Danny Jones only needs six more points to register 1,000 career points for Cougars made up of 30 tries, 434 goals and 6 drop goals. A fantastic achievement! Only four players have scored 1000 points for Keighley - Brian Jefferson , Graham Beale , Keith Dixon and Martyn Wood in official games.

Well done Danny Jones. But what about Terry Hollindrake? Thought he had 1,001 points before returning for a 2nd spell and scoring more?

I am informed that the great Terry scored 1,001 points but a few of them were in friendlies.

What a game it would be to acheive it in also, Hemel will be his 150th Cougars appearance contary to what the Rugby League Express published Monday.
