Would it be possible for details of the current squad to be posted somewhere?

We've had various bits of information but no summary.

Player's name and position(s) would be great and interesting to supporters. Additional signings could be added if and when they sign, but we must have the core of the squad signed already.

Don't forget that we have recently added Danny Lawton (centre) and Paul Drake (centre, halfback, loose forward). More info here http://www.keighleycougars.com/?p=1998 From the Fans forum last night we also appear to have an experienced halfback lined up should Danny Jones leave us for fax.

Not officially Mick. But as Dreamer put there's a good replacement being lined up to replace him should he go.

Such a page is already created for the official site...

Unfortunatly I've got to wait for the bloke who does all the site design work to redo all the menu stuff before I can post ..but rest assured its on its way

Very ddisappointing the club announce to some fans who the potential player is but not to others. Bit S**t really what gives some fans right to know before others.

No wonder our fans get p***ed off and stop coming

Maybe the club were disappointed that more fans did not turn up to hear what they had to say!!! The club have made a full review of what was said here http://www.keighleycougars.com/?p=2048 The only thing that isn't stated is the name of the player in question and thats because the club asked that no names be mentioned beyond that room due to the stage that negotiations were at. In hindsight it may have been better had they said nothing, but I think they wanted to give the fans that had bothered to turn up some hope that they were not just sitting on their thumbs over the situation. I don't necessarily agree with all our directors say, but they cannot be accused of not making themselves available for fans questions. Now that Rach is involved with the website again we also appear to be getting regular updates on what is going on.

i think it is good that the club tell them, but still think people should be told. I don't live in Keighley so couldn't make it but go to every game home and away missed one last season leigh at home and like to know what players we are after etc.
