Everyone goes to the game for different reasons - and not everyone wants to sing/chant.I like to join in most of the time, but there are times when I want to just concentrate on play.
I was stood in front of someone a couple of weeks ago who just spent all game chelping about what and who were poop and how if they didn't improve he wouldn't come again. If he'd spent more time actually watching play rather than expressing this at the top of his voice (and into my right ear) he would have realised what bullpoop he was talking. But that was his opinion - some spend all game shouting at the officials, others at certain players. Some chant, some don't.
That, as they say, is life.
One thing is for certain - people get more involved when the team is playing better.
