If we don't turn up tomorrow, have poor discpline and don't complete like in the previous two we will get turned over. Let's just hope the work in training pays off and we get our early season form back.

London have improved dramatically recently the dual reg players will benefit them, how they will cope should they be recalled is another matter but I hope we pinch a win do not care how as long as we do.
