I really can't understand why any fan would rather save 12p a day than buy it through the club and let them benefit.

If 'Burley Cougar' is such a great supporter then why doesn't he wait until the Cougars have something sorted and they can benefit?

Aye right enough, your not a real fan unless you buy it through the Cougars. Load of rubbish. Get a season ticket that will help them more. The tv money will be hardly anything!

OK 'Rbear' I've paid my £60 and have supported Keighley for almost 50 years. How long have you been a TRUE SUPPORTER?

My children were introduced to 'Cougarmania' in the 90's and I text every score to them before they receieve the information from SKY as they live over 250 miles away. Do you do the same?

For those like 'Burleycougar' who is (apparently) looking for a 'cheap deal' without enabling the Cougars to benefit at all then it's up to him. I have no problems about supporting the Cougars and find your comment offensive.

What have you done for the Cougars?

All that I'm saying is that, rather than benefit outside organisations rather than the Cougars, then you should always support your local Club, no matter what the benefit!

Remember, EVERY LITTLE HELPS and I hope that you won't be lookiung for a 'Cheap Deal' like Burley Cougar!

I wonder what the club does get out of the TV deal? Is it a portion of what the clubs supporters pay? Or do they get a share of advertising revenues for game nights? i.e. profits split proportionally between clubs depending on their signed up members or depending on viewing figures or depending on number of games shown of the club?... how do they decide how many games of each club to air? Is it same amount for every Championship club, or more to the more popular clubs, or decided based on expected exciting games?

The more positive news about the Cougars spreads around, the more they are likely to raise attendances and then gate money or increase season ticket sales or sign up for more for the live tv games. For the new season I expect 3 more of my friends to be down at Cougar Park a few games this season after they've either never been or did many years ago. That's potentially 3x more revenue for the club than I alone would have created.

666, I kind of think your missing the point. I wasn't questioning your ' true supporter' status I was clearly saying I felt the Cougars wouldn't make very much through buying the tv deal through them. I will check when I ring for my season ticket.

No I don't text your children the scores as you do it, if you need me to let me know.

Offensive? Grow a pair your on a message board and everyone is entitled to an opinion. Nothing offensive there.

What have I done for the Cougars? Apart from paying in and buying food in the ground what more do you want me to do? I get it buy the tv deal through Cougars. How do you know Cougars actually benefit?

I'm not questioning any fan's loyalty to the club, however it seems an illogical choice, we're talking about the price of a decent pint of lager a month here. This and schemes, like squadbuilder are based around the premise that if many people make a relatively small contribution to the club it will be a significant sum in total. For example it would be worth £2400 to Cougars if just 100 people signed up to Premier Sports through the club and the club got a £2/month cut from each subscription.

Does anyone know when the club can and will be able to offer premiersports to fans. As Stealth mentioned might as well wait until we know how and when the club will benefit.
