The admission costs to fax are between £15-£18 for adults concession prices wil be different.

If that is not bad enough the price of pint of lager is in excess of £3 are they having a laugh, I suggest we spend our money at a pub away from the ground.

Called yesterday on way home from Dewsbury, cost 17 quid in at the top end (opposite the new stand), 5 quid for kids and I think it was 12 for concessions but that stand is shut on Thursday.

There was a bloke handing out flyers for the shay hotel, £2.10 for john smiths and lager from £2.40

I wouldn't read too much into the halifax score last night, I think Toulouse were still in France, they were shocking.

Should we read much into the Dewsbury result? Or are they suddenly world beaters also that you smashed? Fact is you beat whats put in front of you. Should be a decent game thursday.

I'm thinking we shouldn't buy anything at all in the ground if they're ripping people off.

If the people of Halifax were intelligent enough to do the same for a while then prices would eventually fall.

It's basic economics, they're charging it because people are dumb enough to pay it.

It astounds me that Halifax think charging folk especially their own fans such extortionate beer prices is good pr, very clever idea

I think that you'll find that the prices are set by the stadium owners, which is neither the rugby or the football clubs.

I think that the Halifax fans quickly got the message, this one certainly has and I will ensure I take my own refreshments. This is no difference to other sporting venues, including Leigh

Pump Room and Three Pigeons fantastic beer , cheaper prices. Both within a stones throw of ground (towards the railway station)
