We're signing a Tongan scrum half called Apoll Rofi.

Apparently he's scored 173 tries and 428 goals in 118 games for the Nuku'alofa Headhunters in the Tongan League.

Sounds like the ideal man to get on board JD's Cougar Train to me.

Is this rumour, or information from a reliable source? There is no mention of it on the official Cougars website, or in the Keighley news?

He's his cousin actually.

On his day he's a decent 2nd row forward, but he's considered to be a bit backward in his ways.

You could say that. He's a similar player to David Solomona, loves to hit hard and offload but you could say he's a bit reckless, almost foolish at times.
