Got home from Warrington and watched the Halifax v Bulls game on the BBC.
Ill never critise Stevo again. The commentary was disgracefull.
Ray French sounds like a farmer (no disrepect meant to farmers) but not what you would expect on the BBC and Jonathon Davies only picks on the negatives. (Whos fault was it - rather than the good play to create a try) and doesn't seem to beable to give any in depth analysis of the game. Had to turn the sound down, I was getting so annoyed.
I have just watched the SKY broadcast of NRL Fulltime and it is so much more professional and enthusiastic.

Ray French is a legend but I think he's past it now.

I think Dave Woods does a good job though.

As regards Sky I'm not a big fan of Eddie and Stevo and Phil Clarke is so far up Wigan's backside it's beyond belief. I think Brian Carney and Barrie McDermott are pretty damn good pundits though.

I like Ray French think he does okay especially burdened with Jonathan Davies.

I enjoyed the commentary on the Beeb, thought it was more entertaining than Sky, never tried to ram superlatives down the throat the way Eddie and Stevo do (The best ever tackle/try/run etc, best game in the world, how it's going from strength to strength in every country in the world and even on the bloody moon).
I also like that Claire wassername, a bit of light hearted comment and banter now and again is refreshing.

Ray French is rubbish doing the main commentary. He gets the plays wrong also gets players names wrong.
He should be put to grass. In fact this should have happened a long time ago.

How on earth, any one thinks he does a good job is beyond me.

Its a choice of individuals as to who they like does not make anyone wrong.
