That's an entirely different point and one I agree with - unfortunately, the steward role at all RL grounds seems to involve strolling around in a high-vis vest, having a bit of crack with your mates whilst totally ignoring the few examples of anti-social behaviour that always take place. I attend with a collection of between 1-4 kids and if there's any overt swearing nearby, I usually just have a quiet word myself - it's usually met with a slightly embarassed "Sorry mate."
This is one area where our own 'South Stand' might help - if boozy/sweary supporters gravitated towards an area like that, as they do at Sheadingley, it could make the experience for those of us with kids or sensitive dispositions a bit easier, as there'd be less of it in other areas.
