I was sledging at canonball hill yesterday and whilst I loved the down hill bit going up the hill brought back many painfull memories.

At one point I was certain I heard Stan Timmins shouting at me to pick up the pace.
Post dramatic stress disorder was setting in so I had to call it a day and go home.

Another very informative Blog from Colin.

Great to hear Scully and Brough are progressing so well. Colin also gives a big rap to Hendo, certainly the stats he quotes for Sunday are impressive (if slighty at variance to the opta tackle count).

Its also where the acronym Richard Of York Gave Battle In Vain came from as a means to remember the colours of the rainbow.
