Even prior to the alleged incident I didn't really think that moore was a player the team could rely on - yes when he's on form he makes the team tick - but sadly he misses more games than he plays in (last year he played 16 times) , thats without taking into account time missed during games due to indiscretions. Moore often than not we were left with sio or howarth hooking.
Moores played at just about every club in super league and that says something about his personality and/or his disciplinary record.
It must be a real distraction to the club and coaching staff to have to deal with this issue pre season.
Wood, Finn and sio at least play more than they don't (especially finn) so am reasonably happy that we will at least put a more consistent team on the park in 2017, yes if moore leaves a specialist hooker would be great but we do at least have 3 players that can do a job in that position.
