Yet more reason for me to dislike going to Salford. Oh well I won't mind so much if we win.

Didn't go last season but the season before because of all the talk about not being able to get away easily, I parked on the big lay by at the side of Barton airport, got back in the car after the game and then had to wait while they let all the traffic out of the ground

Park at Salford Roosters ARLFC and you'll have a ten minute walk to the ground and should avoid the problems. Come off the motorway at the usual junction (J11), turn left then left again after around 50-100 yds. They usually have a sign out on the main road at the turn. It's around three quid but should save the hassle if I understand the scope of the roadworks correctly.
