Almost a positive and it certainly sets up the Hull game nicely

My head is struggling with the permutations, but I think it would take a strange combination of results for us to finish fourth..

- Win last two and we are deffo third.
- Lose to Hull and we are relying on Cas beating Wigan and us beating Wigan in the last game. Even then, if Saints win both their games (Shudds & Salford), they finish fourth. That being said, Shudds are capable of beating the Saints.
- Win at Hull and lose to Wigan...still depends on the above.

Looking like Cas will after to wait until the GF!!

BTW, isn't it great that we are talking about this and not beating Halifax or Sheffield to get into the Million Pound Game!!

Salford off to a good start today, they could even be back in the mix with Saints to play next week, this is crazy! Who would have thought there'd be 5 teams fighting for 2 spots. Talk about every minute matters, flipping heck.

If Wigan lose to Castleford by 7 points and we draw with Hull, Hull would be on 32 points and both Wakey and Wigan would be on 31 points and equal on points difference. In this scenario, I'm not too sure what would happen if we were to also draw with Wigan, and Hull were to lose to Castleford as all three clubs would be on 32 points, I'd guess it would then go on points scored over the season, which would put us above Wigan, and the higher points difference would put us above Hull leaving us in 3rd place. However, if Saints were to win their final 2 games, they would finish on 33 points which would put them in 3rd and us in 4th should this extremely unlikely situation play out

It's just a case of moving some 0's, 1's, & 2's about, it only takes a moment to do, and gets easier as the weeks go on due to less permutations
