Just to add 6 of our youngsters have made the England Youth National Performance squad this year, so the Youth side of things seems to be in very good hands. I know we had 3 selected for the side last year so hope we can improve on that number.Tbh with coming on here and not going on facebook etc much, apart from Trinity TV, I miss a lot of the news the Community side of things does.
I'd heard about the great things we're doing as far as setting up a Ladies RL team, the Physical Disability RL side & the Ambassador Clubs Programme, which are all obviously great individual programs that the Community team have been a massive part of and I wouldn't be surprised if they are in for more awards come the time, but I've missed a few other things.
I had a look back through news items when I watched the Hull KR game and was surprised by how much they have managed to achieve. All the schools we're getting into with the Trinity DNA player development camps and Wakefield Trinity’s England Talent Pathway programme, not just Schools in Wakefield but Barnsley and Doncaster as well is absolutely outstanding. Well done.
